We currently ship to the following locations:

Croatia – Shipping via DPD, GLS or other available courier services
European Union (EU) – Shipping via GLS, DPD, DHL or other available courier services

Please note that we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom.

1.1 STOCK TRANSPARENCY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

At Torque Lab, many products are available either from our internal stock, EU supplier stock or external supplier warehouses. This allows us to process many orders quickly, usually from a few hours to several business days.

However, not all suppliers offer real-time stock synchronisation. Because of this, stock availability shown on the webshop, if visible, should not be treated as a guaranteed live stock status unless confirmed directly by Torque Lab.

Occasionally, some items may experience unexpected delays depending on supplier availability, manufacturer production times, transport delays or warehouse processing times. If this happens, we will contact you by email with an update and, where possible, offer alternative products.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery region, order total, item size, weight and shipping method.

2.1 Domestic Shipping - Croatia

Standard Shipping: 20 € flat rate
Free Shipping: Orders over 150 € qualify for free standard shipping, unless an exception applies
All shipments are tracked

2.2 European Union Shipping

Tracked EU Shipping: 20 € flat rate
Free Shipping: Orders over 150 € qualify for free standard shipping, unless an exception applies
Customs-free shipping within the EU
Fully tracked delivery via DPD, GLS, DHL or another available courier service

2.3 Free Shipping Exceptions

Free shipping over 150 € applies to standard webshop orders where normal parcel shipping is available.

Free shipping may not apply to:

Special order items
Oversized items
Exhaust systems
Large body parts, wings, splitters or aero parts
Heavy brake kits or multi-box shipments
Manufacturer-direct shipments
Supplier-direct shipments
Air freight shipments
Items shipped directly from outside the regular EU warehouse network
Orders requiring split shipments from multiple suppliers
Remote, island or difficult-to-access delivery locations
Any item with unusually high transport cost

If an additional shipping cost applies, we will inform the customer before processing the order whenever possible.

  1. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND SUPPLIER-DIRECT SHIPMENTS

Some products on our webshop are special order items. These products may not be held in our internal stock and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, EU distributor or external supplier after the customer places an order.

Special order items may include, but are not limited to:

Milltek exhaust systems
DBA Brakes items supplied from manufacturer stock
APR Performance aero parts
Large wings, splitters and body components
Made-to-order or low-volume performance parts
Rare fitment items
Items ordered specifically for a customer request

Special order items may have longer lead times and may require additional shipping charges depending on size, weight, supplier location and shipping method.

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are based on supplier information available at the time. Lead times are not guaranteed and may change due to production delays, supplier delays, transport delays, customs processing, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

3.1 Cancellation and Return Conditions for Special Order Items

Special order items are ordered specifically for the customer. Once confirmed with the supplier or manufacturer, cancellation may not always be possible.

Returns or cancellations for special order items may be limited where permitted by applicable consumer law, especially where the item has been ordered specifically for the customer, produced on request, imported specially or supplied outside our standard stock flow.

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES

4.1 Croatia

Standard Delivery: 4-8 business days after dispatch
Express shipping is currently not generally available

4.2 European Union

Standard EU Delivery: 4-8 business days after dispatch
Express shipping is not currently generally offered

4.3 Special Order Delivery Times

Special order items, supplier-direct items and manufacturer-direct items may take longer before dispatch.

Typical examples:

In-stock supplier items: usually a few business days before dispatch
External EU supplier stock: usually 1-3 weeks before dispatch
Manufacturer order items: usually 3-6 weeks before dispatch
Air freight from manufacturer stock: usually 3-6 weeks before dispatch, depending on supplier schedule
Sea freight or low-volume manufacturer orders: may take 2-4 months or longer

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, manufacturer production, warehouse processing, courier delays, holidays, customs processing, weather disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIME

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

In-stock items are usually fulfilled within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Out-of-stock, supplier stock or special order items may require additional time before dispatch.

If your order includes both in-stock and special order items, we may ship them separately or together depending on availability, shipping cost and customer preference.

  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Other available courier services depending on destination and supplier

  1. FAILED DELIVERIES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct when placing an order.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or non-collection, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

If the customer does not respond to courier delivery attempts or fails to collect the parcel on time, Torque Lab is not responsible for additional courier charges, storage fees or return shipping costs.

  1. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label
Clear photos of any visible damage before installation or use

Do not install or use damaged parts before contacting us.

We will investigate the case with the courier and/or supplier and offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or refund where applicable.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges and eligibility.

Standard return rights apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Special order items, custom order items and supplier-direct items may have limited cancellation or return options where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
