The DBA DB1678RP Race Performance brake pads are designed specifically for circuit racing, rally, super sprints and other demanding motorsport applications where brake temperatures regularly exceed 350°C.
The semi-metallic carbon-fibre-enhanced compound provides high strength, strong braking performance and stable friction under extreme temperatures. Its high-temperature scorched construction helps improve initial effectiveness and reduce the required bedding-in time.
The DBA Race Performance compound operates within a temperature range of approximately 250°C to 750°C and is intended for vehicles that are consistently driven hard enough to maintain the required brake temperature.
For maximum braking performance and consistency, DBA recommends combining Race Performance brake pads with 5000 Series T3 slotted brake discs.
