The 1.0 Ecoboost engine runs a small turbocharger so the key to releasing power from the engine is minimising restriction, which is exactly what the Forge Motorsport intake does. Featuring a fully CNC machined MAF housing and pipe that matches the standard Ecoboost housing exactly, coupled to a large air filter (available in either foam or cotton), the Forge Motorsport Ecoboost intake looks as good as it sounds, with anoticeable increase in induction and dump valve recirculation noise.
The kit comes complete with all parts necessary to fit, including a large heatshield in order toreduce inlet temperatures.Full instructions are included. Forge Motorsport recommends that you allow yourself 1-2 hours to complete the full installation of this Forge product. Make sure to familiarise yourself with theinstructionsbefore undertaking the job also.
